New ZealandThis Ibis is superb. Large room and bathroom. Great staff. Bar and restaurant. We have stayed in many Ibis hotels. They all do the basics well, but have small rooms and tiny bathrooms. This one is the best Ibis we have stayed in.

A 45 min walk to amphitheatre and the old town so on hindsight should have driven there. Breakfast more expensive than most of ibis hotels but was very good and did include a cooked element - bacon eggs beans - as well as the usual excellent continental.
