I had a problem that I made me not able to check out on time, and although I was late informing them, they were totally understanding and supportive and helped me extend my stay for one more night. Everything went so smoothly. The place itself is clean and in every good place, easy access to the airport and at the same time not far from the city center. The staff are truly friendly.
