Personalized service...was pleasantly surprised when they picked us up from the train station and helped us navigate the labyrinth of Agua Calientes to the hotel which has a fabulous location. Breakfast was great

We absolutely loooved the place! It is family run and good location. We’ve got the best room with an amazing view to the mountains. The room was clean and beautiful and had a hot water in the shower (we stayed in another location and the water was just cold hence the comment) , 24hr reception and staff was super helpful. Strongly recommend! We also had breakfast that was nice and we were aloud to keep our stuff at reception as long as needed. The reception has essentials sold at reception which was very handy after our hike as we needed some water and didn’t need to go anywhere to get it.

There was a mixup and the manager was SO helpful. She immediately solved the issue and offered superb customer service. Breakfast OK, no eggs, but otherwise it was sufficient. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean.
