Just 7 minutes' walk from Hobart CBD (Central Business District), Astor Private Hotel offers rooms with antique furniture and access to free WiFi. Very classic hotel, start operating in 1922, as I heard. Lovely, kind and very nice owners. Good location! No air conditioning, but there is a big fan on the sealing, and it worked well when it was hot weather. I didn’t have a chance to try, but there is a classic fabulous restaurant located on the ground floor., and it looked popular for local people.

The location, cleanliness of the place and the staff are all friendly and helpful. I should have book more then a night. Slept like a baby🙂.
