The receptionists are very nice and patient. when we encountered heavy rain, they provided us hot water. Especially, when we asked restaurant staff if they could boiled a few eggs for us, not only did they cook them, but also peeled the shell and brought them to us. they were so kind and thoughtful - it really felt warm and personal.

They helped me out so much, as my phone fell into water when I was snorkeling and they were the most helpful. I will never forget all of the help that they did for me, they helped give me cash as all of my credit cards were on my phone and also organized a transfer to the airport for me. I am so relieved to have stayed here and also come across the staff here, I will never forget my time here!
