It is right in the center of Margate, yet blissfully peaceful, so it feels like an oasis. The room was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you might ever need. It was also superbly clean. There is a nice garden for you to relax in and a pond with koi fish. And the owner is very lovely.

Breakfast was delicious, so was the pizza and steak we had for dinner. Staff very friendly, pub very cosy with the log fire. Very comfy bed and all the facilities we could need in the room.

Situato nel pittoresco comune di Chilham, a soli 15 minuti di auto da Canterbury e immerso nella splendida campagna del Kent, l'Woolpack Inn offre un ristorante tradizionale, una terrazza verdeggiante... Tutto fantastico! Locanda del 1400 una vera emozione. Cibi buonissimo e staff davvero straordinario. Consigliatissimo!

An inn since the 15th century, this beautiful property offers boutique rooms and modern stable rooms with free Wi-Fi, just a few minutes’ walk from the city centre. Cosy and super cute place to stay. Loved the deco. Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfectly situated, everything is within walking distance to go and explore the city. Highly recommend.

Very pleasently surprised, the accommodation was really done well and seemingly quite recently. while we were a little conceened walking up as it looked like a veyr average area and pub, it was very confortable and quiet. You need to go up quite a few stairs depending what level you are on, but for us that was not an issue (just to let anyone know that is not as mobile). We had a room that was in the roof line and amazing with the original oak beams. The pub was not at all reowdy even though it was a Saturday night and we had a lovely bedtime drink before retiring,
