Surrounded by miles of peaceful countryside, this 19th-century listed building offers old-fashioned charm alongside modern comforts, home-cooked local food and local beers and ales. The location was perfect for what we wanted, the staff was very friendly and the food was good value and very good.

Posizionato a Cudworth, a 15 km da Belle Vue e 21 km da Cusworth Hall, The Star Hotel mette a disposizione un bar e anche un parcheggio privato gratuito per chi viaggia in auto. The Star Hotel is THE friendliest accommodation I've ever stayed in. They couldn't do enough for me, and the biggest bonus was a disco the first night, then, on the second night, a live band. Best place ever. All the staff super friendly and helpful, plus all the patrons made this Southener very welcome indeed. The room was exceptionally clean, and I honestly couldn't fault it at all. Parking was great too.

Excellent location as we were attending a funeral at the Church next door. Only 4 rooms so not much noise (earplugs provided if you did not want to go downstairs to the pub). Fruit and cereals left out, milk and yoghurts in the fridge (all located outside our room.
