The room was great, warm, spacious and cozy, with a tv and a terrace, it included iron, hair dryer and kettle with lots if tea bags, coffee, hot chocolate and cookies (that was such a nice gesture, I really appreciated it) Loved that there were really nice toiletries products, even hand cream. Staff was nice, the check in and check iut was fast, everything was clean, great hotel! It is located right across the railway station in Haslemere.

It was clean, nicely decorated, had everything I could possibly need. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were great. The tapas in the evening were well prepared and nicely served. The breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it highly.
