Great little hotel with amazing, friendly staff. The rooms are quite large and comfy. We were welcomed with cookies and there was tea and coffee in the room. The shower and bath were so nice, quite modern and super clean. We checked in after exploring the little towns around Stonehenge and decided to stay in for dinner. We were silly and didn’t make a reservation, but they were kind enough to accommodate us. Make sure to book your table! We all had delicious pizzas, sides and wine, the most perfect ending to a day of exploring and getting lots of steps in! We were served by the most loveliest staff. Lisa, Amy and - apologies as I didn’t ask for her name- a dark haired lady were always professional, fun and friendly. Lisa took the time to explain to us how to get to Stonehenge easily. We only stayed for one night and left early to walk to Stonehenge, but took advantage of the breakfast and it was absolutely gorgeous. So many delicious options! What a great hotel! Very impressed with the facilities, staff and great food. If you had any doubts about booking, this is your sign to go ahead and confirm it. It will exceed your expectations as it did mine!

Just a 15-minute drive from Stonehenge, The Pembroke Arms offers a restaurant, bar, free Wi-Fi and free parking. It is situated in the Wilton Estate, and Salisbury can be reached in 5 minutes by car.

Salisbury Cathedral is nearby, and Wilton Shopping Village is a 5-minute walk away. The historic city of Bath can be reached in less than an hour by car. This was a lovely place to stay. The room wasn’t overly large but sufficient space. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows ( always one of the issues) were comfortable, not those huge fat things that look great on the bed but are horrible to sleep on).. Bathroom was clean with shampo and conditioner available (I didn’t use them as we were only there one night). No fridge for the milk but the flask was fine. Not sure about other room but room 5 shower did spread water everywhere so it pays to be more careful than I was. Sorry about that, I hope it all dried ok. Breakfast was amazing. I had the eggs benny and they kindly made scrambled eggs on toast for my partner as a special request. Yummy croissants. Great marmalade.
