She gave me restaurant recommendations and made phone calls to make sure businesses were open. She was also able to bring me into town since the hotel is a little further out (which I loved because it was quiet and quaint in this part of town). The room itself was a little dated but well kept and clean. The bed was so comfortable and the hotel was quiet. I slept great every night!

The hotel is located at the back exit of the Hualien Station, only 3min walk away on a much quieter street. The hotel room is specious and new, with very comfortable bed, and most importantly it’s sparkling clean. The staff is friendly and extremely attentive, but may not have the extensive tourism information, however the official Tourism office is just 3min away at the Hualien Station! I stayed 2 nights there with my elderly parents and they’re very happy with their facility and environment too. I would highly recommended this hotel and will definitely stay there again if I visit Hualien.

Room provide all facilities that we need, big comfy bed. clean room. Very Helpful staff even though they cannot communicate in English. The kiosk for check-in is easy friendly to use (many variety of language).
