Great location, beautiful room with lovely little touches. Drinking water and tea/coffee was great. Staff so friendly and we loved cuddling the cats in the cat room! Would definitely stay again if we were in Taipei.

Someone has put so much thought into it, everything was very consistent and worked perfectly. It was probably the best hotel room I've ever stayed in.

I absolutely loved my stay here! Staff were very friendly and let me leave my bag in the lobby during the day, and I even got to check in a bit earlier. The room itself is lovely, and the best was the super comfortable bed!! The bed cover material quality was great. It also has a washing machine that felt like a luxury after a few long sweaty days. The room and bathroom were also very clean. Thank you so much for a great stay ❤️

This accommodation was by far the best hotel experience we've had after booking countless different hotels over our 6-month stay in Taiwan. The room was so well-prepared and pristinely clean it felt like we were the first ever guests. Apart from the cleanliness, both the lobby and our room (including the bathroom) were adorably decorated which added a very nice artistic touch. Last but not least, I need to address the overall service the staff provided us with. We needed somewhere to stay during the following day due to our airplane taking off being late at night and not only did they let us store our luggage there until whatever time we needed, we could also use their lobby's facilities to our advantage.

Everything is excellent! Food is good, staff is very nice, they will help you with the direction to the place that you want to visit. They clean the room everyday. Brown House Hotel - Taipei Main Station se nachází na ideálním místě ve čtvrti Zhongzheng District v destinaci Tchaj-pej. Very accessible location. Front of subway, lots of restaurant around the vicinity. The room was big and very clean. The view was awesome. My kids loved the room.
