We had two rooms and everything was according to, or beyond expectations (dinner, breakfast, river view, rooms, architecture and decorations, underground parking, balcony, etc). One thing I think I should mention in particular: it is a family run hotel and the owner spends some time with each visitor at dinner time, in a friendly but tactful manner.

Falkensteiner Hotel & Spa Carinzia Superior is centrally located in Tröpolach, a few steps away from Millennium Express Cable Car. The large spa area boasts an indoor and outdoor pool.

Well, that was just 1 overnight stay, I arrived late at night, while the owner was already sleeping and I have mistaken the appartaments, I took the larger one that I booked :) But there was no problem with that. Everything was clean and nice. This is the perfect location when you want to cross the Grossglockner the next day.
