"A Hidden Gem in Lijiang Ancient Town" I'm still reeling from my incredible stay at Sky Cloud Hotel! Tucked away in a quaint little alley of Dayan Flower Lane, this charming hotel exceeded my expectations in every way! "Excellent Location" The hotel's location is perfect for those seeking a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling ancient town. I appreciated the undisturbed rest, yet enjoyed easy access to food, coffee, attractions, and shopping. "Warm Hospitality" The owner and staff members were exceptionally warm, kind, and responsive to my needs. From arranging a private airport transfer to carrying my luggage to my room, they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. "Comfortable and Charming Rooms" My Queen Room with Terrace was a serene oasis, complete with a charming outdoor pool and a secluded garden perfect for workouts or relaxation. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept more soundly than I have in months! "Amenities and Services" I appreciated the complimentary Chinese Tea Appreciation session, which was a lovely welcome ritual. The staff kept me connected via WeChat, responding promptly to my queries and requests all through my stay. "A Captivating Retreat" Sky Cloud Hotel is a true gem in Lijiang Ancient Town. With its unique blend of antiquated charm, modern comforts, and warm hospitality, it's the perfect haven for travelers seeking a peaceful and enriching experience. I'm already looking forward to my next stay!

The hotel is located near the old town and easily contacted by wechat, the owner is friendly and responded us very quickly. You can book car service to pick up from airport here with reasonable price. The same with tours around the city such as trip to Snow Moutain, Lugu lake,.... Room is nice, clean, and warm with air-conditioner, hair dryer, shampoo and everything else, I don't need to bring any of those with me in this trip. Especially if you love cake, try the rose cake from the hotel. It is so good I have to ask the owner to order for me to bring home as gift. They offer better prices than you go buy it yourself out in the old town. To sum up, it was a very pleased experience with Gemmer Hotel and Lijiang Old Town.

The perfect place for a family trip. The place is as pretty as a classic Jiangnan garden, but it also has all the fancy facilities you need. Located in the centre of the old town, you can see the whole town without having to go out. The host is friendly and knows LiJiang well. Staying here is both a physical and psychological cure.

Such a beautiful hotel. The scenery is amazing from every angle. The restaurants and bakery on site were excellent - we were there to celebrate my daughter's birthday and they were able to arrange a cake with candles at very short notice and even delivered a complimentary cake to our room later in the evening! Breakfast buffet had a great spread of western and Asian foods. The kids enjoyed the petting zoo and animal feeding and complimentary hotel activities such as tie dyeing. Overall, an amazing stay.

Best service I have experienced. The staff was extremely helpful, they arranged a smooth pickup from the airport for me. As I was leaving early in the morning for a tour, a breakfast package was prepared for me in advance. Ms. Julia even helped me fix an issue with my SIM card by calling the operator. Since I wanted to practice my Chinese, they spoke the language with me patiently the whole time. The location is great and I loved the traditional wooden building, which made the experience even more authentic. 100% recommended.
