From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by very friendly staff. The hotel and room was absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable. We had a delicious breakfast and enjoyed drinks by the pool. An easy walk down the road from the hotel lead you towards the city centre.

Absolutely stunning hotel, beautiful views all round, just out of the city but shuttle bus available which was brilliant. Warm outdoor pool was added bonus. Ate at the hotel every evening and the food was perfect. Staff were very accommodating and attended to every need. Added bonus for our daughter to have a theme park next door, also visited the cathedral which was stunning. Will definitely return if visiting the city.

Antonionino was superb in making us feel very welcome at the higher floor reception. He remembered our names throughout the entire stay and was great to all the guests. The surprise for our wedding anniversary was very very much appreciated. The rooms had superb views (we were in a Level Premium) and the neighbourhood was perfect to walk around in. We appreciated the quiet cafes and mornings around before heading to the bustling town area which was really just a short bus/metro ride away.
