The cottage was spotless and beautifully decorated. The location was gorgeous and close enough to Usk centre. The host was so kind and helpful, it was lovely to chat and they even left an amazing welcome hamper. Beds were really comfy too! The hot tub (heated for our arrival!) and outdoor area were an amazing extra also. We would 100% stay here again, it was a haven!

Fantastic location and everything you could need for a comfortable and pleasant stay away from home. Superb swimming pool and garden with outdoor kitchen. The thing that stood out the most was the staff…so friendly, down to earth and most helpful. In particular Ella, Eli and Natalie were superb at their job and full of great personality. The hotel itself is very modern with fantastic leisure centre/gym. The beds were also very comfortable 🙂

Beautiful from start to finish, the staff were so helpful and friendly haven’t got a bad word to say about the place, the spa was lovely and open early till late, our room was more than spacious beautiful all over. Reception staff were so accommodating! Would definitely stay here again, myself and my boyfriend actually added on another night, can’t wait to come back
