I loved everything about this hotel. At first sight - we just thought that everything was beautiful and clean. But then we realized that this hotel really cares about their guests and the service is really out of this world. Chris, that was in the reception majority of the time that we stayed there, always aimed for us to have the best time even though it rained while we stayed in the hotel for a majority of our visit. She and her colleagues always greeted us with smiles, giving us tips about where to go and how to get to those places. I know that it doesn’t sound like it’s anything more than ”regular” service, but when you meet people that treat you so good as they treated us in a 5-star hotel (and mind you - that doesn’t happen often since we mainly stay at 5-star hotels) then you appreciate the whole trip in a complete other way. Also, me and my boyfriend have worked within hospitality and service during the majority of our careers and we know that good service takes energy and commitment. If the manager of this hotel sees this review - please tell everybody on your team how great they are! Because we will be back in the fall again (booked another visit day 2 of our stay). And (!) not to forget to mention the spa. I got a treatment from Maria Hanaroli down at the spa and it was amazing! If you stay at the hotel make sure to get a treatment with her to make your trip even more luxurious.

The breakfast was very good and the location excellent. It was within a short walking distance to Chania old town and the bus stop. The staff was wonderful, especially Ioanna, Gemina and Antonio. They were so personable and helpful. Ioanna and Gemini made us feel at home and helped plan our days in Crete. They were exceptional. Antonio was a wonderful waiter. This was the best European hotel that I've stayed at. I highly recommend staying here.

Stunning accomodation, all is brand new and modern, perfectly clean and with great hosts! The place is just a bit out of the old city on a quiet street equipped with everything you might need, super safe and bonus the spa bath and closed parking. Could not reccomend more this place!!! Must try the breakfast also. Loved the chocolate croissant! The hosts did all they could and beyond! Bravo!

Theos Apartments is fabulous choice for a stay on Crete near Chania town. Apartment was really spacious, well organized, clean, pool was great. The best part is staff - Katerina's family - friendly, always ready to help, prepare great and tasty snacks or drinks. We will definitely come back again. The place was beautiful! From the minute we arrived the keys were ready for us. We opened our door to a lovely open plan and a beautiful view looking out. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all of an amazing size with beautiful clean crispy white sheets and fluffy white towels. The bathrooms are fantastic with all amenities that one needs! The pool was beautiful with lovely sun loungers and a bbq. Melonis owner of the property is a lovely gentlemen and whatever we needed he was always ready to help and be at the Villa within minutes. The rest of his team who cleaned and also helped with the maintenance where all lovely. Will definitely go back and recommend to people. Thank you Melonis!
