Lovely hotel, very welcoming and clean. The staff were super helpful, we wanted to visit one of the city's thermal spas and the receptionist advised us that the outdoor pools would be closed the day we were going to go, so we went a day earlier and had a great time using all the outdoor facilities, fabulous job! The Hotel Garden Spa had a relaxing atmosphere and was meticulously clean. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The room was a great size and very clean.

Great location (30 seconds to the Basilica) and friendly, helpful service. Good breakfast and do not miss the wine and cheese served daily at 4pm (free for guests) with live music. A really pleasurable experience. Book the roof bar in advance, for an exceptional view.

Extreme care for the guests. Small attentions in very little things. E.g. list of nice restaurants in the surrounding with indication of walking distance from the hotel; card with weather forecast; complimentary coffee and chocolate pralines; detailed description of the pillow’s characteristics.
