The localisation is great. Close to the City Center but still out of the hectic City Center. The pool was great for the kids. And the hosts where super helpfull.

Excellent Stay. Location of Villa is Superb. Calm and Peaceful Residential area with beautiful flowers and plants just 2 min from Busy Trivandrum City. Villa is very Spacious and around 12-14 members can stay very confortably.Stay was very much affordable too. Kitchen has all facilities for self Cooking. Hosts Akhil was very friendly and Helping, checked throughout our stay whether any help needed. Stayed for 2 nights in a spacious deluxe room overlooking the pool and motorway, very quiet considering location. Lovely big swimming pool which we used a lot. Food was very good and we had a great choice at breakfast, lunch and also dinner. We had drinks in the rooftop bar one evening which was great but a bit over priced. The bar downstairs by pool was better price wise as they did a happy hour until 6pm. Staff here we found very friendly and helpful. Our transfer to Trivandrum airport took less than 10mins in an Uber and cost under 200INR. Can highly recommend this hotel as seemed very good value for the price.

We were very happy with our short stay. The room was nice with a balcony and clean bathroom. The staff were lovely and always helpful and the value was great for the comfort and location of the hotel!

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this homestay for anyone visiting Neyyattinkara . To be mentioned the bathrooms are so clean and i didn't see any kind of discomfort there
