Lets start from location! The hotel located in the Yacht Club! When you opened windows you bumped to the yacht masts and sails . we were with a child so we really liked the heated pool, the pool can be said to have its own bar and they bring you drinks and snacks. The hotel provides bicycles with which you can ride to the beach or explore the town. hotel staff (in particular, the employee Rita served us, she was very nice, she thought about everything so that we would enjoy our stay. we arrived earlier and left later (of course we couldn't use the room, but we used the swimming pool, bathrobes, towels and bicycles and the parking lot even after check out time)

It was very clean and they have little details that make you happy. The spa is amazing and fair price. They welcomed us with our dog and treated her like a quern with amenities, bed and nice perks.

Poolarea, breakfast and rooms were nice. Good ac. Very affordable prices. Good parking at the hotel. Mini train took you for 5 euros just outside the hotel in to choggia.

The hotel is a budget solution on the way to Chioggia and Venice or when to spend some raxing days in Rosolina Mare. The building is on the main road, and it has free parking slots, Walking 3-5 mins you can reach some restaurants (also with local fish food), bars, a bank and a supermarket: the main services are covered. The hotel has a restaurant and a SPA in the building. The staff is friendly.

The location was wonderful, the staff were fabulous and catered to our every need, we booked the Junior Suite with a jacuzzi in the room, so our trip was incredibly romantic and the room was impeccably clean and luxurious.
