Really liked this hotel. Loved the room, modern and comfortable. Staff very nice; we used the efficient valet parking service. Breakfast was good, although some of the American style hot food options looked a little sad, which is fine since I prefer to stick to the traditional Italian fare. Easy 5 minute walk into the historic centre.

We were delighted; we lived like in a museum. We traveled with dogs and were pleased with the separate fenced area for walking. Large parking lot, very good supermarket and many restaurants nearby. We had a very nice time. The owner was very responsive and gave us the opportunity to check in earlier and leave earlier than the appointed time. The hotel is located at the perfect location, some 15 minutes to Modena and 35 minutes to Bologna. Maranello is also a 15 minute drive. So you are able to visit all these cities in a short time. The hotel itself has great service, breakfast and dinner were also delicious, and the staff at the reception were very helpful. The bed was a king size and the mattresses were very comfortable.

It’s an absolutely stunning, luxurious villa with the most welcoming host Francesca that makes you feel like you’re at home! We have never experienced a hospitality to this level! Everything in there tells a story- antique furniture, crockery. Our bathroom had a jacuzzi bath that I loved! There is a spa in the middle of woods in the back garden- everything to the highest standard. Watching sun come through the trees from sauna only adds to the experience. Breakfast and aperitif on the roof terrace served by our host were spectacular! Everything is home made by Francesca. We really regretted not having enough time to stay another night as we felt like one day isn’t enough to take it all in! Little town is brilliant too- gorgeous restaurants and views. Honestly we couldn’t recommend enough! It’s a 10/10 in every aspect!
