The hotel staff is wonderful. They listened to all requests and fulfilled all wishes. The hotel itself is very beautiful, full of art pieces, and the breakfast is excellent. I knew that the hotel was luxurious based on the pictures I saw online, but I had no idea how luxurious it actually was until I got there! The staff is polite and helpful. The rooms are supplied with cocoa, tea, coffee and small snacks, which is very sweet and thoughtful. The rooms and hotel are spotless! The location is super close to Helenelund train station, the metro station, Kista Galleria and Kistamassan. If I ever come to Kista in the future, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

I booked this place for my boss and she still can't get enough. She says the location was good, breakfast was excellent. She absolutely loved the place and enjoyed her stay. Every expectation was met.
