The staff made us feel welcome and comfortable from the first second, and we several many nice chats with them during our stay. The rooms were really great: both large in size and well furnished. The style of decoration gave a luxurious feel without being too much. We also had a nice private patio. Cayucos is a lovely town. The location of the property along the main street is ideal. Easy to access by car and a comfortable walking distance to the beach and the pier, as well as to restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the complimentary afternoon cookies delivered to our room! We only stayed for one night as we were just passing through. We ended up feeling that we should have stayed longer, which pretty much says it all.

A fantastic location, tasteful room and amenities, the hot jacuzzi on a cold night is just amazing! Staff were very friendly! Seeing otters so up close was a bonus!

Excellent hotel. Situated in a very secluded, quiet place, surrounded by stunning nature - forest and lake. Excellent staff. We did not eat in the restaurant, unfortunately, we found out about the possibility of eating in the hotel and took everything with us. Next time we will definitely take advantage of this privilege.

This place is exceptional. This is better than some 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in. Staff were so attentive. Decor is so cool. Drinks delightful. Pool was the perfect temperature. Such amazing value for money.

The staff were fantastic and thanks for letting my wife practice on your piano. Quality of the room was good, super clean, spacious, and finished to a high standard. The restaurant was to a much higher standard than most US hotels.

Everything was great! Room was very clean, spacious and atmospheric thanks of fireplace inside. An additional advantage for us was the outdoor fire pit, where we could relax in the evening and listen to the sound of the ocean, which was just across the street. We received to the room the baby crib for our son what made us more comfortable. Personel is very friendly :)
