Food was superb. The location of Trogon House is ideal to explore Plettenberg and surroundings but back in the hotel you think you're somewhere far away in a tropical jungle - wonderful

The accommodation was absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the zoo. In the morning, we'd come for breakfast by the pond and watch the cheetahs playing around. On the way to the reception, a leopard would come to scare you and then show its belly. I recommend visiting the zoo as soon as possible during your stay. You'll know which animal is in which enclosure, including their name and detailed behavior. The staff is great, they'll make you breakfast and guide you through the park. Mr. Davison took perfect care of us throughout our stay. You can tell he loves animals and has a good soul. He explains everything perfectly and helps you with anything.
