The service is exceptional, the friendliness of the staff was amazing. Travelling with a baby there was a joy. It was so clean everywhere and a beatiful area outside with many pools and plateaus to stay between the hotel and the sea.

Offering an outdoor pool and views of the sea, Andon Lapa Hotel & Spa is situated in Sarandë in the Vlorë County Region. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar and a private beach area. I highly recommend this hotel. When we arrived, the desk concierge Melina walked us through our stay with great attention, I've never been greeted with more care at a resort. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and the views are incredible. We wanted to switch to a different room to have a bit more space; Sofia and Melina made it happen seamlessly. When I return to Albania next, I will absolutely stay here again. Incredible staff, very clean and modern hotel, great location, safe, perfect.

Staff was so helpful and welcoming. The food was amazing, they provided us with vegetarian food on request. Welcome Drinks and homemade icecream was served. Hotel also arranged free boat tour and gave us a goodbye gift. Over all the experience was 10/10

I had such a lovely stay! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. I mentioned I was in Albania for my birthday, and they insisted I come down for a complimentary cocktail such a thoughtful gesture that made my day even more special. Truly great service and warm hospitality. Highly recommend!

We were the first guests of new summer season. Staff were extremely accommodating and friendly as nothing was too much bother. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Extremely good value for money.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome with their warmth and attentiveness. The rooms are modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with balconies that offer breathtaking views of the sea. The private beach area is a real treat, and the breakfast was fresh, varied, and served beautifully. The location is perfect—close to the beach and local attractions, yet peaceful and relaxing. Every detail, from the decor to the thoughtful amenities, shows that this hotel truly cares about its guests. I can’t recommend Charm Hotel highly enough and can’t wait to return!
