Hotel staff are very helpful and honest. I received a phone call from the guest relations manager one week after returning home. He asked me if I had left anything in the room? They had found €600 that I had left on the top shelf of the wardrobe and they worked out it was me because of the ski passes that were with the cash. This was a massive surprise to hear and the staff went above and beyond to return the money to me. They transferred the money by Western Union and I had it back in a couple of days. Thanks to guest relations manager Yordan and to all his team at Hotel Rila we will hopefully be back again next year.

Absolutely amazing stay! Kitanova House is a gem! The staff were incredibly welcoming, always smiling and radiating warmth. The rooms were stunning — full of natural light, beautifully designed with charming folklore touches and just the right hint of modern art. It felt like a perfect blend of tradition and comfort. Breakfast was another highlight — homemade, delicious, and served with care. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy and authentic experience!

This is our second time using Semiramida Gardens. This time using their other apartment. All is as shown on the images. Great value for the money we pay. This review is done in summer times, so no idea on winter how things would be. It was super kind of the owner to prepare some crayons and drawing boards for our kid. there is a near by kids playground.

The place is located in the heart of Borovets, literally in front of a lift and the slope. The apartment is probably one of the most comfortable and luxurious apartments I've ever stayed at. We had an amazing vacation here. The host was extremely friendly and helpful - any issue or question we had was addressed immediately. Would certainly come back.

I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in the Bulgarian mountains. It truly stands out from anything else in the area. You can tell the owners have international experience – they know how things should look and work. I also really loved their branding, it’s thoughtful and well executed. The food in the restaurant was a fantastic surprise after many mixed experiences in Bulgaria. My husband and I also enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi, playing games in the cozy lobby, the clean sheets, and the spacious room. We’ll be happy to come back!

Featuring a free spa, an indoor pool with mineral water and an outdoor pool, SPA Complex Belchin Spring has a restaurant, fitness centre, bar, and free WiFi. Beautiful hotel, great spa, very comfortable, delicious breakfast, calm atmosphere, attentive staff. Dinner is also delicious, but a bit pricey in Bulgarian terms.

Nice quiet position away from the main road through Dolna Banya. A reall excellent swimming pool and good spa facilities.
