Staff are very friendly and polite, we came by car at 9 pm - no issues at all. Our room was upgraded to this huge room , really. The complementary hot/cold beverages that was always opened was great. 10 minutes walk from the falls it's a good location for a place that doesn't offer view to the falls. I do recommend this hotel and will return if I am in the area.

Serenity Inn bevindt zich in Niagara Falls, op minder dan 1 km van Treinstation Niagara Falls, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, gratis privéparkeren, een terras en een barbecue. We had the best time here, we loved every minute of it. Everything was very clean and we felt at home immediately. Diana is such an amazing host and her cooking is the best. It is close to Niagara Falls but is located in a quiet neighborhood. Probably one of the best places we've ever stayed at. If you plan on visiting Niagara Falls, do your self a favor and book a room at Serenity Inn!

You Just had to give the owners a heads up on what meal is needed.The Bed was comfortable and the In wall electric Fireplace was an added touch .
