The hotel facilities are great, with a good sense of design and very clean. However, when we checked in, one of the male staff at the front desk was impatient. It was an issue with their system, but the experience was not very pleasant. Other staff members were nice though, especially the lady who helped us during checkout — she was very friendly and professional.

Although it is at the top of the hill you can usually catch the bus back up if you don’t have a car. The staff were so friendly asking us about our day and providing us with all the details to support us on our holiday. I would stay there again 10/10

Located in Grindelwald, a 10-minute walk from the train station, Boutique Hotel Glacier offers a restaurant with a terrace, a bar and a lounge with views of Mount Eiger. The staff was amazing, rooms were beautiful!

They had us at the entrance with their genuine, friendly smiles. The atmosphere is really cozy, and they pay attention to all the details. The afternoon snack is a lovely gesture. The view is astonishing from the pool, the restaurant, and the balcony, too. Best location ever. Our servers, Anette and Laszlo, were amazing! Everybody was helpful, sometimes even without our asking. Portions of food are more than sufficient and really tasty. Our dog loved the plush blanket!

Beausite Park Hotel & Spa & Spa Jungfrau je malý slunný ráj na úpatí hor Eiger, Mönch a Jungfrau. Nabízí nádherný výhled, skvělou kuchyni a vynikající lázeňské centrum. Our room was in the attic with a forest view from the bedroom and a town view from our little deck, which was lovely. The staff were very friendly. The spa and sauna was very special too.The breakfast was magnificent. The shuttle collected us from the train, which was handy as the hotel is at the top of town.

The Hotel Caprice boasts a perfectly quiet, but very central location in the mountain village of Grindelwald in the Bernese Oberland, and offers you impressive views of the mountains. It was a really amazing experience to stay here. Clean room, friendly reception, beautiful view, convenient location, delicious breakfast, I have to say that everything is perfect, I will definitely be back!!!
