All the staff were very professional and welcoming, especially the head concierge he really gave us great advice. The temperature in the room was optimum and lovely to be able to open the windows fully for fresh air .

It is close to Interlaken Ost station, from where we could go to all mountains with trains and cable cars.

Adjust the knob to your preferable warmth. I had to turn it off as I was sweating in the room while outside temperature was freezing! The free parking space is great if you travel by car.
