This was a lovely hotel, set within a retirement community. The spa was wonderful at the end of a day of travelling and paragliding. The staff were very helpful. We could check in slightly early and we could leave our luggage in lockers. There is a little room where you can help yourself to tea and coffee during the stay (none provided in the room). The room itself was large and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Stay at Hapimag I had a wonderful stay at Hapimag interlaken! From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and friendly, making check-in a breeze. The room was modern, clean, and spacious, with comfortable bedding and great amenities like a mini-fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom was also spotless, and I loved the large shower with good water pressure. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the train station, and easy access to the lake and the city center. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast each morning, which had a great selection of items, including fresh pastries, eggs, and cereals. To taki hotel w starym stylu i wyposażeniu z poprzedniej epoki ale dla mnie to właśnie stanowiło o jego uroku i klimacie. Bardzo miła obsługa! Zaskoczyło nas, że dostaliśmy bilety na komunikację publiczną (bus i pociąg) aby dojechać do Interlaken z czego z przyjemnością skorzystaliśmy. Widok z balkonu na Jungfrau i ogród hotelowy - rewelacja!!
