I travel a lot, but this time I was amazed! Andrea answered all answers promptly, helped with check-in, and on the day of our check-out(it was very early morning) even arranged package with breakfast to go. Long story short - out of hundreds stays I had in the recent years, I would remember that hotel for being warm, cozy, and for the great stuff that treats you like a family, doing everything to help and to advise best. p.s. Andrea's dog Max just stole my heart - now I want to have the same =)

Hotel Allegra 3 Stern Superior se nachází v centru města Pontresina a je přímo propojen s wellness centrem Bellavita s krytými a venkovními bazény. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to respond to questions and help us out. The rooms were really comfortable and had excellent bathrooms. They had emailed us before to find out the configuration of the rooms so it was great to find that our kids had a twin bedroom and not a double that often happens. You get a pass for the local transport with the hotel which was fantastic so we could travel around on the buses for free. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options for us to choose from. The hotel has access via its own underground tunnel to the local swimming pool with a fantastic outside heated pool. It wasn't too busy when we were there and a real treat for us and our daughter. They even arranged a free shuttle bus to the station on our last day which was brilliant.

With views of the Engadin Mountains and Lake Silvaplana, Nira Alpina offers luxury rooms with terraces. Amazing staff, excellent room with a great view. Loved the food and the overall vibe and decor of the hotel. Highly recommend

Tento 5hvězdičkový luxusní rezort, který je exkluzivním hotelem Ski In & Ski Out se soukromým lyžařským vlekem, je první adresou pro nezapomenutelné zimní chvíle a je jediným hotelem v St. Amazing!! Stunning beauty and world class charm. Ski in/out. And the spa, oh the spa, was heaven. Sitting in the jacuzzi looking out over the most beautiful mountain scene you could ever imagine. 1st class and no place is even close. Will go again, and again.
