What really made the difference was the amazing hospitality of the manager—he was very attentive, gave us helpful tips to explore the area, and even offered rides to the airport and train station. It truly felt like staying with friends. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Zhangjiajie!

What truly stood out was the proactive service—they contacted us pre-arrival to coordinate luggage storage and secured park tickets during peak season. It's more than just a place to sleep; it's a truly authentic and relaxing experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and personal touch away from standard hotels. We can't wait to come back!

Absolutely brilliant stay! The FengHuang Kasen Waterloom Keep's grounds are lovely and breakfast was fantastic. The real standout was their service: arranged a hotel car to collect us from the station and provided dedicated transfers to the local sights. Staff called right after booking to organise our travel and even helped plan our itinerary - extremely professional and helpful. Proper job, highly recommend!
