The accommodation offers a hot tub. I would rate it 10 stars for top-notch hospitality. It's a cute place. Cute style and decor. Natural wood. Nice pillows. Nice white towels. The hosts are great and very, very helpful. You get very personalized service. They helped me with my tour tickets, take out dinner order, transportation, etc. The front desk is open late. It's beautiful at night with it all lit up. The pool looks beautiful at night as well with the blue lights. . Walkable to shops and restaurants. Nice neighborhood. Great AC system. Cool mood lighting. Very large bathroom.

The place is near so many restos and shops. I like that it is just next to the river. The host helped us with plan our trip of Grand Canyon and National Park. We enjoyed the claypot resto nearby and went there 3/4 days for breakfast. The room is huge and clean. Towels and slippers are changed daily plus unlimited free water bottles! Also toiletries are nice smelling.

They planned our itinerary for the visits to the park and were absolutely helpful in suggesting other activities. Our family of 4 stayed in the Family Suite, a spacious and tastefully decorated haven. The heated floors and hot bath were perfect for the winter season, and the nightly fireplace setup added a beautifully cozy touch to our evenings. The daily activities provided by Valley 5 Lodge were a highlight. From a delightful local candy-making session to arts and crafts for the kids, there was something for everyone. Our children had a blast, and the best part was they got to bring home their creations. The lodge's location on the hills offered a breathtaking view of the Valley, a picturesque sight that greeted us each morning at breakfast. Speaking of which, while the breakfast was simple, it was more than adequate, and the stunning backdrop made every meal special. In conclusion, I highly recommend Valley 5 Lodge for a memorable and enjoyable stay. I'm already looking forward to returning, perhaps during the summer season, to experience the exceptional hospitality once again. What a great spot! The hotel is right next to the Helong Stadium with tons to do, and the Lishui River view is so peaceful. The staff were super professional and friendly. Had an awesome stay—highly recommend for both location and service.

Guests can make use of the outdoor fireplace or the picnic area, or enjoy views of the lake and river. the room was lovely with a view and air conditioned and clean. the people running the hotel were very helpful to us as foreigners. they drove us to the Southgate entrance of Zhangjiajie national park which a 4 min drive and cooked us dinner for 40 yuan which was very helpful as the area is more quiet. this might be an option for you if they are available that night. there is also a restaurant across the road which was great! the hotel also offers a basic breakfast for free. Theres a busier area with fruit market stalls and more restaurants about a 20 min walk. the lady working there was very patient with us and helped us book all of our national park and day trip tickets (i would suggest doing this before you come to avoid missing out in busy seasons).
