Located in the Pudong district, the property provides guests with access to a hot tub. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a seasonal outdoor pool. It was relatively late on the day we arrived, and the boss still came to the door to take us to check in!! He is quite kind and nice! Next time I come to Shanghai, I will still give priority to staying here, especially those who have a Disney itinerary! The rooms are also quite beautiful and easy to take photos.

Special thanks to Butler Yan, who provided outstanding service — attentive, thoughtful, and made us feel truly at home. The hotel is beautiful, luxurious, and every detail exceeded our expectations. We would love to return!

So perfect u can ask for a 5 strs hotel . Fr the breakfast buffet Mr Ben. He is so helpful to make us feel so inportant and also Mr luke the best manager I think he is. fr the concierge Mr Jeff he make sure we r safe to get us a taxi.. and of cors Mr Carlie fr the loyalty he make sure our needs is being attended . . I am happy we r back to Mariott hotel family once again I wil make sure pn our next trip . MARIOTT will be our first choice. Thanks highly recommend.

Gorgeous property in a great location. Staff was incredibly patient and kind. They went out of their way to find some packages my aunt had sent me without a room number on them. The complimentary juice and wontons were delicious! Housekeeping was lovely too.
