We are so happy about our experience in this hotel .

Room and balcony were masive, Bed was soooo comftable, The staff were amazing, The restaraunt guy went above and beyond. All in all, top notch

I stayed in the Don Saul Hotel during carnival days, Don Saul Hotel has an amazing location. The room was clean and very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting downtown also they can help to organize tours to laguna de la cocha , santuario de las lajas citytour etc, so my feedback is 10 from 10. I hope I will be back next year at this Hotel

The place was clean, great location, beautiful views with a nice pool and games room. There are shared kitchen facilities and BBQ. It was excellent value for money.

The reception and maintenance teams were outstanding in their assistance, but several amenities fell short, including Wi-Fi, television, and corridor lighting, which suffered from malfunctioning sensors. The advertised wellness center was also unavailable. These issues may stem from the management transition to an interim administration. Despite these shortcomings, the staff's accommodating nature was appreciated. It is hoped that, as time progresses, these issues will become a thing of the past, given the promising nature of this new building. The location is excellent and their staff amazing.

La Gran Estancia Hotel Campestre asub Chachagüís. Hotellil on aed, terrass, restoran ja baar. Selles kolmetärnihotellis on lasteklubi ja toateenindus. We were a bit concerned, there were some negative reviews and then the daughter of my gf warned us that the hotel is old and bad. But our request to cancel with waived fees was ignored (that’s the bad part). So we went anyways. And while it’s true that at some places you can see that the hotel is old, it’s still OK and charming and the personnel basically bent over backwards to make the stay pleasant.
