The facilities are clean and well maintained, and the business center is particularly comfortable and functional. Breakfast was delicious, and overall the service provided by the staff was outstanding.

Located 3 minutes away from the Jose Joaquin de Olmedo International Airport and half a mile from Plaza del Sol, this hotel offers modern accommodation in the main commercial and financial area of... The staff truly were incredible from the moment we arrived, everyone went above and beyond to help. For example, we needed assistance with our Galapogos form, and was helped with each step. As well, we needed some cash from an ATM, the security man didn't just tell us where the bank machine was. He went with us and stood by as we got our cash out. The morning shuttle was stuck waiting at the airport, and without us knowing, they had a paid private taxi at the door minutes early the take us. That is great customer service. We highly recommend this hotel! We also tried the room service food, and it was great, reasonable.

The apartment was excellent with every facility you could ask for. Edwin was a perfect host and help was always there if required. There was a pool and gym and the whole building was spotless.
