As soon as you walk through the doors of the 5 star hotel, you are immediately greeted by 7 star customer quality service. Miss Catherine Emil made my stay very enjoyable and memorable. The room was of superior standard offering balcony overlooking the wonderful River Nile. The lounge area is of high standard furnishings. The breakfast was very much enjoyable whilst looking out to the pool area. The hotel offers beautiful views of the sunset from the West Bank that is a must to be experienced from the rear of the hotel on the banks of the Nile. Our stay was a wonderful experience, mostly to the thanks of the hotel staff. Nestled on the banks of the Nile, Hilton Luxor Resort & Spa offers stylish rooms with uninterrupted views from the water’s edge, luxurious spa facilities and stunning infinity pools. The hotel was absolutely beautiful, and the staff were incredible. From the moment we arrived until check-out, everything was flawless. We chose the half board option, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious with a wide variety of high-quality dishes. The staff were warm and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also treated ourselves to massages at the spa, which I highly recommend. The rooms were spotless, with amazing attention to detail that made everything feel extra special. I truly loved our stay and would return to Luxor just to stay at the Hilton again.

This Steigenberger hotel is situated in the heart of Luxor and provides modern accommodation with stunning views of the Nile. The spacious rooms are air conditioned and feature satellite TV. Having never heard of this brand before (I later realized it’s quite prominent in the Middle East), we didn’t know what to expect, especially given the low cost. We were pleasantly surprised by the high standard of service and facilities. I keep likening it to a Marriott-standard resort, but at budget hotel pricing. The hotel was undergoing significant construction in one of the front buildings without informing guests in advance. So, we were surprised to find the entire lobby torn down when we walked out a day later. It didn’t affect our stay and the noise didn’t carry over to our room, but it was a somewhat amusing experience. Overall, it was a very good stay. Future guests can rest assured - you’re likely to have a great experience

Room was very clean and comfortable, staff very helpful and freindly especially Mohamed at the reception and breakfast buffet was delicious and tasty.

Great value for the price and perfect location. Service was amazing especially thanks to Mr Saeed and Hassan. they went above and beyond to help make my stay great. Featuring river views, Nile View House features accommodation with balcony, around 3.8 km from Colossi of Memnon. The location is absolutely fantastic, and the owner is a godsend. He's incredibly kind and helpful, and I can't even begin to describe how wonderful he is. He did everything for us and made me feel right at home, providing us with so much service. I'll definitely see you again—you're the best man ever!

Everything was so amazing! Communication with Hamdi for check-in was super easy, and Mohamed made sure that all our needs were met. My request for a vegetarian breakfast was handled perfectly well. Mohamed prepared a fantastic veggie breakfast with eggs, falafel, sweet bread, jam & honey, and, of course, fresh vegetables and fruit. Hamdi was also super nice and helped to organize a Falucca sailing boat on the Nile for us. Such a great experience! Unfortunately, we had our round trip already planned and booked ahead, so we couldn't stay longer. We will definitely be back soon!

Ive been to egypt 3 times now - and this stay definetly blew all the others out of the water in terms of hospitality, quality(both food and the villa) and location(short drive from the main attractions, city center and airport without the usual egyptian noise) Mohammed, the host - super nice and comfortable host. Arranged activites, transport and sightseeing without any hassle. Best part however, was the hotel employees, the guides and the drivers he set us up with. Absolutely a joy to stay and if we ever come back - this is definetly the place we're staying at. Also dont bother going out to eat - the in house chef is fantastic!
