Even when I mentioned my gluten intolerance, they made every effort to accommodate me. Although the gluten-free bread was initially served frozen, the restaurant manager responded with genuine care—immediately removing all breakfast charges and personally assuring me that fresh gluten-free bread would be ready for me the next morning. Every detail reflected their commitment to guest satisfaction, making our stay truly outstanding.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, and the staff were incredible. From the moment we arrived until check-out, everything was flawless. We chose the half board option, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious with a wide variety of high-quality dishes. The staff were warm and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also treated ourselves to massages at the spa, which I highly recommend. The rooms were spotless, with amazing attention to detail that made everything feel extra special. I truly loved our stay and would return to Luxor just to stay at the Hilton again.

Very charming, clean, and well maintained hotel on the west bank. The staff is always available, and the breakfast is good and generous. Saiid the owner is trustworthy and was genuinely helpful with the organization of our trip: - found us a way to go to Aswan when no bus or train were available - found a motorcycle to rent at a cheap price (I'm pretty sure it's not a common request) All in all, this hotel is well managed, cares about its guests, and it shows !

Everything was so amazing! Communication with Hamdi for check-in was super easy, and Mohamed made sure that all our needs were met. My request for a vegetarian breakfast was handled perfectly well. Mohamed prepared a fantastic veggie breakfast with eggs, falafel, sweet bread, jam & honey, and, of course, fresh vegetables and fruit. Hamdi was also super nice and helped to organize a Falucca sailing boat on the Nile for us. Such a great experience! Unfortunately, we had our round trip already planned and booked ahead, so we couldn't stay longer. We will definitely be back soon!
