The location and view of the hotel, the employees and the service they offered were perfect. They were very satisfied with everything, including my wife and my 6-year-old son. We would also like to thank my son for his attention. They also provided us with guidance. Actually, I was a little shy at first because we usually travel by ourselves without a guide. But our guides taha and mithat provided the better service as a trip could be. Everything we wanted was brought into place in the best way without exception. We never experienced security or any other concern. That's why we also thank them. If we come to Cairo again, we will not look for another option.

I have stayed at other St. Regis hotels and so, I had high expectations. The Cairo hotel is superb. The quality of the bedding, the linens are the finest I have experienced as a seasoned traveller and someone well-versed in the business of linens. This is truly special as Egyptian cotton is the finest in the world, and it is nice the hotel put a focus on it. The breakfast is fantastic in the range and quality of offerings, the impeccable service provided by the staff, and, importantly the early and late hours it is open. I had room service which was top of the line in its selections and service. The facility, and rooms are gorgeous. No detail overlooked. The staff is polished, friendly, knowledgeable and eager to serve. Outstanding hotel in every respect.

I stayed at Jewel Plaza Hotel in and had a truly wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, and the location was perfect. Overall, an excellent stay — highly recommended!

Rooms are brand new, modern and very well appointed. Pyramids view from the room is unbeatable. Staff was fantastic, especially Seif Ismel and Mido; they sorted out a cake for our little girls birthday and a little gift.

The location was really good. Three pyramids can be seen from our rooms. The staff was also great. Especially we were satisfied the tour he arranged and his hospitality. I would like to use this hotel again if I have a chance to visit Cairo again.

Zahira Pyramids View asub Kairos Giza linnaosas, 1,5 km kaugusel Suurest sfinksist, 1,8 km kaugusel Giza püramiididest ja 13 km kaugusel Kairo tornist. Peretubadel on terrass. It was close to everything I needed to go to, especially a really cute small standing coffee shop next-door, which made amazing coffee. There was parking spots where you had to parallel park only. The owners were the most nice and caring and kind people we’ve met in this trip. Every member in that family were amazing and it was very hard to say goodbye to them :(
