Five star hotel located right in the historic center of Seville, in a privileged area of the city. The building was the superb Pickman Palace which has been refurbished with the highest standards and innovation to offer our guests the best exclusivity and comfort. Had a really enjoyable stay at the Hotel Lobby. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Breakfast was a highlight – great menu, fresh produce, and top quality. The cleanliness and upkeep of the room were impeccable throughout our stay. Would definitely stay again!

All rooms include a basket with breakfast products such as paistries, coffee, tea, chocolate and water. The hostal was really central to the old town. Just a couple of minutes walk from Plaza De España and Plaza Balcón de Europa. The rooms and en-suites were spotlessly clean and the beds very comfortable. The roof terrace was small but really nice and we spent an afternoon chatting in the whirlpool tub! This wasn’t heated but it was still warm enough in October. The hostal was easy to access with full instructions via WhatsApp of keypad entry. We checked in with our details the next morning and the staff were super friendly. We were able to leave our bags and collect them later on the last day as our flights were in the evening. Great value for money. It was a perfect choice for a weekend away with girlfriends!

A spa is also available, as free as free WiFi. Lovely view on the bull ring. The skybar was fantastic. Staff were nice and helpfull.

The property and location were beautiful, the beach and the restaurant were so great. But the best part of this hotel is most definitely the staff. The women at the front desk were so lovely and welcoming when we showed up without our luggage which was a very stressful ordeal. The concierge did everything he could to get our luggage back, contacting people he knew after there was a screw up from the airline and the baggage delivery company when it didn’t appear after the delivery window. He called in a few favors to people he knew, and when it was finally received from the valet, they noticed it was banged up and filled out a report for my mishandled luggage. Joel from valet was as excited as we were to see us get our stuff back, and it was one of the best experiences we’ve had with any hotel staff in the world. I could not say nicer things, and appreciate so much how helpful everyone was through a very stressful time.
