Everything was perfect during our stay. The location is very good, walking distance to the beautiful historic centrum of La Laguna; the room is super comfortable with all the facilities. The view from the swimming pool is outstanding. Friendly staff, they provided us with all the info we needed.

Room is spacious and comfortable. Quiet area with amazing sea view from the balcony. Food in restaurants are amazing. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Garden and pools are well-designed with greens and shades.

Honestly, I have stayed in a lot of hotels in my life. 5 star hotel around the world and I can honestly say, Hotel batonico & Oriental Spa , is the best one. It's simply beautiful. The garden is amazing,. It's so nice they could actually charge people to view it. The hotel itself is lush, roomy corridors and rooms, immaculately decorated. The Breakfast is in a class of its own.....they actually have champagne on ice, with fresh orange juice on the side for a morning bucks fizz! And the selection of food is fresh, tastey and cooked to perfection. With lots of healthy and vegetarian options. The pool and spa area is amazing. The workers are a delight! So warm and welcoming, very attentive. Just perfect. I would go every single year if I could. Which leads me to the price...OK, so it's not the cheapest hotel, BUT it is definitely worth the cost, if not more. Love, love , love it

Breakfast was amazing. The staff were brilliant and super friendly. The sunbed booking system was brilliant and so efficient. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the app notification letting you know when your room was cleaned is next level. The gym and pool fitness classes were great fun. Such an amazing place. Will definitely be back.

Very friendly service and a charming place. Most of the time we were the only guests, which meant that the entire hotel facilities were exclusively for us (kitchen with terrace, jacuzzi). Very friendly owners, delicious breakfasts, and lots of tips for people visiting Tenerife for the first time. Highly recommended!

This is an amazing property, romantic, modern and with a great attention to details. We enjoyed it a lot. The jacuzzi is awesome, with every single thing you would expect.
