They immediately took a reservation for dinner at their restaurant and were very helpful with my dietary restrictions (vegan). I enjoyed being able to watch tennis on tv in the lobby and in my room. Everything was clean and comfortable, I would have stayed longer if I had the time.

Reception, lobby, store, restaurant and bar somehow all flow into one another - great and really different from the usual design. Highly professional staff, always helpful, friendly and uncomplicated. Great relaxed atmosphere.

I especially appreciated the guidance of a young female receptionist who was extremely helpful. She is the perfect representative of such a lovely place. I will not consider staying anywhere else next time I am in Nîmes.

Very clean with quality furnishings. Stayed for 1 night in November 2024, such a pity it couldn't have been longer. Very nice and helpful owner.

Built in 2024, the property includes hot tub and spa facilities. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Wonderful location! The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The room was cozy, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed (coffee, tea, kitchen utensils, towels, etc.). We traveled as a couple with our small dog and spent a lovely weekend at Chez Paulette. Even at the end of November the weather was sunny, and the room was perfectly comfortable temperature-wise. Great fun and fantastic location near the beach. We were also allowed to bring the dog which was perfect 😍

Really charming owner, very polite and attentive , explained all on offer on site, the room was amazing, pool very clean, so relaxing although we were there one day, we would definitely come again.

Charming 19thC Chateau with pool and spa. I stayed in an apartment adjoining the main house which was spacious with every modern amenity and also spotlessly clean. I only stayed one night so I’m looking forward to returning hopefully for longer to enjoy the amenities and charm.
