The hotel features a hot tub, a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi. Everything about it was great. The location , the facilities and the service. I was given a complimentary upgrade which was such a unexpected surprise.

Certain units have a seating area where you can relax. A flat-screen TV is provided. Arrived later at night- self check was quick and efficient. Well priced- we had 2x rooms. Rooms clean and reasonably spacious- Lots of pillows A+ Breakfast fresh and personalised. Showers hot and plenty of water. Quite guesthouse but family friendly.

Amazing stay!!! Everything was great!!! We came for a 2 day relaxing break and it ticked all the boxes. Rooms amazing, clean, elegant, great shower, great beds, great breakfast, great staff.

The hotel has some of the best on-site facilities in the area, half of the rooms with hot tubs on private balconies, an on-site spa with poolside seating and a bar, stylish restaurant and cocktail bar, bike hire, wakesurfing and paddleboading. Lovely room with view of Lake Windermere. Excellent breakfast. Pub evening meal was great. Second time we have stayed at this hotel and would definitely stay again.
