A private entrance leads guests into the apartment, where they can enjoy some wine or champagne. Laundry service is also available. Mr. Greg is superior. He is always there to help even at midnight and the free parking is a plus. The property is exactly as the pictures and we had a relaxing sleep with the comfortable king size beds. The location is very good with easy access to central London

It was perfect for our family of four. Clean with modern amenities. Fantastic location!

The housekeeping and concierge teams provided excellent service and attention to detail, and the location couldn’t be better!

An award-winning spa and fitness centre are also provided. The hotel is in an ideal location. The rooms are spectacular. The bed was likely the most comfortable bed I've experienced at a hotel. As for the food, it was delicious whether you got in-room dining, ate in the lounge or their beautiful restaurant. But the best part: their staff will go above and beyond to meet the requests of the guests.

In London's West End, this 5-star luxury hotel is set in a beautifully preserved Neoclassical building. It boasts a luxurious on-site spa, spacious rooms, and Michelin Star restaurant, Wild Honey St James. Location was amazing!!!! Staff very friendly!!
