The staff is absolutely top-notch – the whole team, especially those at the restaurant, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. From the very first moment, they made us feel right at home. A major plus was that they allowed us to check in early, which was a huge help since we were very tired and needed some rest. This gesture really showed how much they care about their guests, and we were truly impressed! As for the hotel itself, it’s a great choice for the price. The conditions are decent, and the services provided make the overall experience a pleasant one.

I stayed here with my family. There were 4 of us, my mom, dad and my 9 year-old daughter. The room was like a studio. Actually the location is not far from touristic sights. It is located in the Old town, so you can feel the vibe of the old city. Thanks a lot for warm welcome!

Stuff couldn't do more to accommodate all our needs and they were always smiling and ready to help. Check in was flawless and breakfast was fantastic. Lots of choice, fresh food, great coffee. Our room was on the 5th floor, not huge but enough for our needs, nicely decorated and housekeeping was fantastic. Spa was clean and not crowded and smoothies, water and cookies provided there was an extra highly appreciated touch. We never had to wait long for elevators and check out process was fast and smooth. Even if there is no parking, front door stuff made it possible to always have a space left for our car in front of the hotel. We just needed to hand them our key, so easy and comfortable for us during our whole stay.

Hotel City Lights - Tbilisi se nachází v atraktivní lokalitě v centru města Tbilisi. Náměstí Svobody se nachází 3,4 km daleko a Šota Rustaveli divadlo 4,9 km. The owner is a great man. Very kind and welcoming. Good location. Rooms were overall clean and good looking. The bathtub was well cleaned, comfortably big enough for two, good view from the balcony. Stayed in two different kinds of rooms in this hotel- the one with bathtub on balcony and for the last day spent there got a budget room to just keep our stuff somewhere. Kind owner gifted the budget room for our final stay for free. Both rooms were very clean and tidy. Best stay for us during the time in Tbilisi. If we ever visited again, we would definetely go there. I love how kind and welcoming the host was.
