Everything about our stay here was perfect. From the check-in process with the staff member at the front desk to saying goodbye early the next morning to catch a bus out of town, we had a wonderful time here. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was immaculate. It was great to have access to a fullly-stocked coffee machine and a mini-fridge (although the fridge wasn't very cold). We were also happy to have a balcony to ourselves! We didn't take part in the amenities available, although considering the state of the rest of the hotel I'm sure they were also immaculate. Also, the surrounding neighborhood was beautiful - tons of restaurants, shops, and beautiful (and safe!) places to walk :)

Experience the celebrity treatment with world-class service at Hyatt Regency Thessaloniki. Staff was amazing. Reception, Concierge, Bar and other Waitstaff were truly exceptional. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was as good as it could be. The room was great. Clean, plenty of space, great bathroom and a nice view of the pool.

Best location! I was truly impressed by the exceptional kindness and professionalism of the staff — they were always courteous and attentive. Each room is equipped with a jacuzzi, adding a wonderful touch of comfort and relaxation. The property also features a well-maintained swimming pool, and the location is superb — within easy reach of both the city center and the beaches. On top of that, private parking is provided, which is a great convenience. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations; there is absolutely nothing to complain about.
