Everything was perfect and we really couldn't ask more for our outstanding holiday! We feel like good friends with the owner family and very glad to come back every year whenever it's possible. This hotel is a wonderful mix of typical greek hospitality and good confort for sea-loving guests. The Epirus region is fantastic with marvelous secret crystal-clean beaches and nice cities with a pretty good night life, but quite and not so busy. The smiling and efficient staff members of the hotel are happy to take care of you in case of need. The pool is very very nice. But I would also recommend the "to Perivoli" taverna that serves a great variety of excellent local traditional dishes, always fresh and tasty. It really lacks nothing for a perfect greek holiday stay!

You are greeted on arrival by the most friendly host who spoke excellent English! The junior suite was incredibly stunning! The bonus of your own private jacuzzi tub when you open the door is a treat! The room was immaculate and is turned around daily by the maid with fresh bed sheets and towels. The rainfall shower is luxurious and all the fixings throughout are high end. The room had cooking facilities and a fridge and we were served a delicious breakfast in the morning! The pool is stunning with bonus jets and at night looks stunning with the lights! It was very peaceful and I felt well rested in the most stunning surroundings.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the view from our room was breathtaking, with a clear sight of the sea. The lady in charge was exceptionally helpful, providing great recommendations for restaurants and useful tips throughout our stay. She even assisted us with an issue on our last day. Highly recommended!

The villa was absolutely amazing – with breathtaking views, excellent amenities (cleaned daily), and a fantastic private pool. We stayed here as a family of five and it exceeded our expectations. Its location is also ideal, close to beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and supermarkets.

We were two families who rented the place for a week at the beginning of July. We had a fantastic stay. The house exceeded all our expectations, and the garden was wonderful with plenty of space to play football. There were also several outdoor seating areas where we could enjoy nice meals in the evening. The kitchen was well-equipped and everything worked as it should. The host responded quickly to all our inquiries and gave us tips about places to visit. There are several beaches within close distance of the house. However, we recommend having a car or another means of transportation.

The customer service was excellent. The family that hosted us was super friendly and they even gave us a homemade dessert, since it was a religious day in Syvota. The property was super clean and in a great location... close to the center but still very private and quiet. We highly recommend this property.

The property is very clean, great amenities and views, right on a beautiful private beach. You get daily clean-up of the villa and the staff is very polite and friendly. The resort has a restaurant where you can enjoy great food, prepared by Maria and her team. The fact that the villas are situated directly beach-front is a big plus, since there are not so many beaches in the area.
