For an average person on a holiday its amazing, for someone looking for a 5 star hotel with a concierge etc...well you would have to pay elsewhere for similar or worse set up for a lot more money. Its new and beyond impressive from views to the interior, If you meet 1 bad staff member, they were probably bad or having a bad day, if you meet all bad staff members, you're probably the issue.

Great views of the sea. Visiting in the off-season was peaceful as the property was mostly unoccupied. Exactly as described and pictured, if not better. Communicative and helpful staff. Highly recommend and would return again.

Swimming pool area with sea front view (amazing) and children friendly. Vilavera is pets friendly (cats & dogs) the kids loved it! Quiet backyard space with barbecue facility. Direct access to sea / beach (Zora around 400 m walking or direct access with SUP). Sumartin is a lovely village outside crowded tourist area. It was beautiful! Very relaxing and clean. Booking sessions at the spa meant having the sauna and hot tub to ourselves, which was amazing. The food was incredible. The breakfast spread had so much variety and the breakfast juices were healing. The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. We loved every minute of our stay.

Unique, spacious, gorgeous apartment located along the waterfront gave our family (parents + 3 young adult children) a chance to spread out after traveling together for a week. Three bathrooms, three bedrooms, well appointed, and convenient to all the shops, restaurants, and an easy walk from the ferry stop. Easy access into the unit and great communication from the hosts. Had everything we needed. Highly recommend.
