We liked the spacious, brightly-lit space. The area was generally clean, and is a nice oasis in the middle of a very busy section of the city. The ground floor reception looks really grand, and security is good which provides safety. There is a very large living/dining area which is great for families. If you are driving, it would also be easy to park here.

Lo staff è gentilissimo e veramente professionale: non abbiamo potuto fare colazione al ristorante nemmeno un giorno tra l'escursione al monte bromo e il volo, e ci hanno preparato una abbondante e buonissima colazione take away. La piscina è pulita, il ristorante serve del cibo veramente buono. Abbiamo avuto necessità di organizzare un transfer all'aeroporto molto presto ed era tutto pronto (macchina e colazione) con largo anticipo. Camera spaziosa e letto comodissimo. Assolutamente raccomandato !

Situato nel centro della città, lo Sheraton Surabaya Hotel & Towers, struttura a basso impatto ambientale, offre camere eleganti e spaziose con aria condizionata, una piscina all'aperto, 4 punti... La struttura è bella e tenuta bene. La stanza è ampia e pulita. Tutto lo staff sono gentilissimi... Soleh e Aji nella sala colazione sono gentili. Anche cameriere ai piani (se non sbaglio si chiama Bagas... bravissimo).. Poi abbiamo fatto anche i massaggi nella SPA dell'hotel... siamo trovati fantastici. Ci ritorneremo di sicuro😍😍😍
