This was our first time in Bali and arrived at Ayana resort late at night. Our stay at Ayana Resort has been absolutely fantastic. The resort is beautiful (one of the best hotels I’ve ever visited - we’ve been to many 5 stars hotels), it has many restaurants and pools, and the staff is just so kind and helpful. We were a little scared to eat/drink but the place is clinical! No stomach ache and we could eat and drink whatever we wanted (raw fish/ice cubes/fresh fruit etc.). Last but not least, gym facilities were above our expectations.

The place has an opened concept to interact with the nature! The owners have an opened heart to interact with their guests! 5* for their help! Unlike other villas, the owners are accommodative and informative with an act of fairness! They will help arranging itinerary that’s at the market price, no fee on top! We paid extra for floating breakfast and totally worth it! The pool is nice size and we get to enjoy the breakfast! Last but not least, Molly and Coco, the dogs, are super adorable!

The hotel is very confortable the room was very nice, is close to bingin beach. The personal was so kind at every moment. Florent the host, was so helpfull in all the situations that I needed. Definitely a great place to stay.

Amarterra Villas Resort Bali Nusa Dua, Autograph Collection features spacious villas with a private pool and free WiFi throughout. We loved having our own private villa and pool and being able to have all our meals provided. The food was excellent and all the staff so nice and helpful.
