Customer Service was excellent from the point of booking. The manager made contact and made us aware of services the hotel offers. He even met us at the station at 3am when our train was delayed! The hotel is modern, new and very clean. Room was large and well decorated with a large bathroom and good hot water shower. Bed was comfy. Location is great, less than 5 minutes walk to the main gate of the old city. Also has a nice rooftop restaurant. The hotel arranged our camel safari which was excellent. From start to finish we couldn’t fault anything and stayed here twice during our trip. The staff take a pride in the hotel and delivering superb service to guests. As far as I could see, Hotel Shahiraj Jaisalmer is the best choice for a hotel in Jaisalmer.

Well groomed staff at the desk and at the restaurant. Excellent room that offers breath taking view of the Jaisalmer fort. The rooftop restaurant provides romantic ambience. Food was awesome and amazing.

What didn't we like? Everything was great at Dera. It was very silent, the staff was super attentive, the rooms are very clean. The staff suggested a great driver to drive us around Jaipur for a full day and a fair price. 10/10, would stay here again!

Fairmont Jaipur is located near Amber road, 7.6 km from Amber Fort. The property features an outdoor pool, spa and 4 dining options. Nahargarh Fort is 18 km away while Jal Mahal is 15 km away. The welcome party for the hotel would make anyone feel like a true Indian royalty. After travelling for over 8 hours from our previous destination, we were tired but the check-in process refreshed us and we couldn't wait to explore the hotel. The breakfast selection was magnificent with a great variety of international and local Indian cuisine. Room service was good too It was a pity we didn't get the chance to partake in the activities the hotel provide due to our tight schedule, but we would definitely visit again and stay longer to experience it all.

Lying at the foot of the Aravali Ranges, the impressive Nahargarh Ranthambore is surrounded by a 16th-century style fortress. We were in Ranthombore for the safari and stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is new but the architecture is of a beautiful palace with ornate details. Great location, only 10-minute drive to the main gate of Ranthombore National Park. Overall facilities and the ground are clean and well maintained, since it's also a venue for weddings. We had a beautiful corner room on the top floor of the tower in the back. The room was spotlessly clean, tastefully arranged, filled with sun lights from several windows and a couple doors, and a nice balcony. It's fun to watch the monkeys on the trees across the yard from our room. Food in the restaurant was better than many of the restaurants we've been to in India. Excellent service from all the staff we've encountered during our stay. This is the best place to stay in Ranthombore.

Situated in the middle of Lake Pichola and built in 1746, Taj Lake Palace is built with marble and features majestic architecture. On my fourth night in India, I stayed at other luxury hotels in each city, No other hotel had the atmosphere, service, hospitality, dance festival,food and excellent quality. "I was very satisfied with the high cost of accommodation that I felt before staying, but now it's equivalent to what is offered."I would like to stay here again. I am especially grateful to the following three people. Mr.Mukul paid attention to small things and provided flexible hospitality. I can hardly speak English, but without looking displeased or troubled, he kindly explained it over and over again and confirmed my understanding with my tempo. She said she was studying Hindi, English and now Japanese and French.I'm really good at Japanese, I knew not only the language but also Japanese culture.
